Description
-1 E-gift Card will only be sent to 1 email address.
-1 transaction can apply 1 E-gift card code only. The value of this E-gift card stated here is in Malaysia Ringgit. The shipping coverage for the gift will be within WEST MALAYSIA only.
-E-gift card Expiry: Valid for ONE YEAR – Must redeem within ONE YEAR upon purchase. Expired e-gift voucher will not be accepted and entertained.
-E-gift card to be generated and sent to stated email after Payment Done within 2 working days.
-Please enter the recipient’s email and phone number in the “Order Notes” at checkout if you’d like to send the gift card code via both Email and WhatsApp.
-E-gift card will be issued via email/Whatsapp. NO PHYSICAL VOUCHER WILL BE ISSUED.
-If you or your customers do not receive the gift card email , you can Check the Spam/Junk Folder. Sometimes, gift card emails may end up in the spam or junk folder of the recipient’s email account. Ask the recipient to check there, and if the email is found, mark it as “Not Spam” to prevent this from happening again.
-If there is no email sent in after 2 working days from ordering date, kindly reach us through live chat by providing the order number for further assistance.
